Day Retreat – experience mindfulness and meditation. Also the benefits of cacao, with a Reiki Drum journey.

Retreat for a group of between 4-10 participants (£90 pp)

The day retreat will include;

• introduction’s and opening sacred space
• a mindfulness walk or SUP mindfulness on the water
• meditation
• cacao and water, or fire ceremony which will be held around times of the full moon.  

Unlike most of the chocolate you buy from the supermarkets, Cacao is raw Chocolate before it’s processed and before most of its benefits are removed,

We will open a sacred circle and here you will learn a little about the amazing benefits of Mama Cacao, setting you intentions that will help connect, and drink while giving gratitude to Spirit of Cacao. You will then make yourself comfortable and fully relaxed before going on a guided journey listening to the beat of the Reiki drum. 

We will finish by closing the circle and thanking spirit and guides.
