Hypnosis Taster Session

In this one-hour session you will learn all about hypnosis, what it’s successfully used for and then experience it for yourself. Perhaps you will feel tingly, light or heavy, or perhaps feel like you are asleep yet hear everything that is being said, who knows – as everyone experiences hypnosis quite differently and that’s the beauty of it.

You will also get the benefit of leaving the session with a complementary MP3 hypnosis recording for you to listen to at home to continue on with your hypnosis journey. Sessions are conducted online via either Zoom, SKYPE, or FaceTime so that you can thoroughly relax in the comfort of your own home, allowing for deeper levels of trance states achieved during hypnosis. You will need a good internet connection and ideally be in a quiet room where you won’t be disturbed during the session.
