A 2hr group session for between 4-6 participants (£40 pp)
Combining Stand Up Paddle boarding with meditation. Lay on the board and set your intentions, while being soothed by the gentle lapping water.
There will be a time to share if you so wish. We feel that the best time of the day for this activity is early morning when the sun is rising and the birds and wildlife are starting to wake up. All of this will provide you with the best elements for this experience – helping you with stress, anxiety and setting you up for the day ahead.
Wye Valley or Brecon Beacons Area

These will generally be early morning to enjoy the sunrise and the wildlife.
